IN SUPPORT OF THE ROYAL LEPAGE NATIONAL GARAGE SALE FOR SHELTER!
On Saturday, May 15th 2010, Royal LePage offices across Canada will be transformed into an oasis for bargain hunters as they host the 2nd annual “National Garage Sale for Shelter” in support of the RLP Shelter Foundation.
Last year the garage sale raised over $120,000 to help abused women and children across Canada. This year, with the help of the community and TD Canada Trust, Atlas Van Lines Canada and Advance Commission Company of Canada, we’re poised to raise more money and awareness than ever!
Giving back is a core value of Royal LePage agents, brokers and staff. Since 1999, we have donated more than $10 million to support women’s shelters and violence prevention and education programs from coast to coast.
In May, during shelter month at Royal LePage, it’s our time to celebrate giving back to the community. Every single nickel and dime generated by Royal LePage Westside and City Centre’s garage sale goes to support our local shelter and provincial and national programs to stop the cycle of violence. All of the money and effort goes back to the cause because Royal LePage underwrites 100% of the administration costs.
